Dr Rebecca Newton is a Business Psychologist and specialist in Leadership and Professional Development. She lectures in Management Practice at the London School of Economics, was a Visiting Fellow at Harvard University and is a regular contributor to the Harvard Business Review.
Over the past 15 years, Rebecca has advised, coached and trained over 10,000 people globally across a broad range of industries, including from Aeroystems International, Bank of America Corporation, Barclays, Coca-Cola Enterprises, Ericsson, Industrial Bank of China, London Crossrail, Microsoft, Panasonic, State Bank of India and the United Nations’ OHIM. She focuses on leadership and management development, organisational culture and change, influence, communication and collaboration, and has experience across Europe, North America, Middle East, India, Africa, China, Southeast Asia and Australia.
In addition to lecturing in Management Practice, Rebecca also teaches on the CEMS Global Alliance in Management Education and has facilitated executive education for Cambridge University. She has a PhD in Organisational Psychology and serves on the Editorial Board of the Journal of Change Management. Rebecca is regarded by those she works with as an engaging facilitator and trusted advisor.
